SHIPPING: All paid orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number when we process your order. Delivery time varies by destination.
RETURNS: Please contact us about an item you want to return within 10 days of receiving your order. We will issue you an RMA number. The item must be returned in its original condition, brand new and with any retail tags still attached or in its original retail packaging. Failure to follow this policy may incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Upon receipt and inspection of the item you will be refunded the original purchase price of the item minus any restocking fee if one is charged. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
DEFECTS: Please contact us about an item that is defective within 10 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide either a replacement item or a full refund.
CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
CLEARANCE and "AS IS": All items sold "as is" and/or "clearance" are sold as final sale. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.
